General

If you don't love your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 21 days of your purchase date for a new size/style or a refund back onto your original form of payment—minus a $15 CAD restocking fee. Items must be in original condition, with no signs of damage or wear. Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for a return or exchange. Last but not least: Don't forget to pack the garment tags and poly bag! Please note that it takes up to 10 business days for returns to be processed and checked back into our warehouse. Once your return is processed, you'll receive an automated email notification that a refund has been issued back to your original method of payment.

For orders purchased in a Veronica Beard boutique, please contact that store directly to initiate a return or exchange.

Final Sale

Hosiery, socks, and digital gift cards are considered final sale. Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit—no exceptions. This information is noted on the product page, at checkout, and included in the order confirmation email.
