"I’m kind of shocked by all of the positive reviews. This is the worst quality item I’ve purchased from VB. The skirt isn’t lined, and the elastic waist band is literally just a strip of black elastic. It feels like it wasn’t finished. The shape of the skirt is nice with a tulip shape and is slightly redeeming, but I would return it if I didn’t purchase on final sale."
