"I am very impressed with Veronica Beard's customer service online and in store. Items purchased online were sent quickly and neatly packed (returns also issued quickly). The Ollian Floral Mini Dress is gorgeous and fabric feels wonderful, however, I'm having a problem with sizing. The 10 was a little tight, so I ordered the 12 and the 14 for comparison purposes, and the 12 and 14 felt exactly like the 10 -- I didn't see or feel a size difference. Could just be my body type doesn't work with VB clothes, though I have a few pieces that I love and wear a lot."
