"I have bought a good amount of VB. Mostly from department stores. I have really liked the styles. I really don’t like the artificial material that most of your knits are made from. The material does not breathe and scratches my skin. I also had some customer service encounters due to the returns process. Very unpleasant and they act very offended and take my return personally maybe to discourage returns? I doubt I will be purchasing anything from VB again. The thought of if I have to return it is too unpleasant."
